It all started when…
I am a colorist specializing in cinematic storytelling and image finishing, working primarily in DaVinci Resolve/Assimilated Scratch. My focus is on shaping the visual identity of each project through precise control of color, contrast, and mood. Using calibrated reference monitors, I ensure my grades translate consistently across different platforms and display environments.
My workflow typically begins with a structured color-managed pipeline. I work in ACEScct or DaVinci Wide Gamut (DWG/Intermediate), depending on the project requirements, to preserve maximum dynamic range and color fidelity. This allows me to balance footage from multiple cameras, maintain flexibility in grading, and prepare for future-proof deliveries.
Once creative grading is complete, I export in the required delivery color space, whether that’s Rec.709 for broadcast, DCI-P3 for cinema, or HDR10/Dolby Vision for streaming platforms. By managing the workflow end-to-end, I ensure every frame reflects both the director’s vision and industry standards for quality and accuracy.
My process combines technical precision with artistic intent—helping filmmakers, editors, and producers achieve a polished, expressive final image that resonates with audiences.
